Question 1

Why should I buy land from Bevani Shelters?

Accepted Answer

We're a registered Kenyan real estate company that verifies land before listing it and develops it — fencing, water, access roads — before you build. Our track record and written title deed guarantee mean you're not taking this on faith.

Question 2

What is the process of buying a plot?

Accepted Answer

1) Choose a project and book a free site visit. 2) Reserve your preferred plot with a deposit. 3) Sign the sale agreement (we encourage you to involve your own advocate). 4) Complete payment per your plan. 5) Collect your title deed.

Question 3

Are there any hidden costs?

Accepted Answer

No. The advertised price covers the plot and standard transfer costs. Anything payable to third parties (like stamp duty where applicable) is disclosed upfront in your sale agreement before you commit.

Question 4

How long does it take to get my title deed?

Accepted Answer

A maximum of 30 days after you complete payment — guaranteed in writing. If we fail to deliver within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

Question 5

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Instalment plans typically run up to 12 months, interest-free on standard plans — see "How much deposit do I need" below for the reservation amount.

Question 6

What can I use the land for?

Accepted Answer

Our plots are primarily for residential use within planned gated communities. Many projects also permit approved commercial uses — rentals, hospitality, schools, clinics and more. Each listing shows the businesses you can do in that project.

Question 7

Can I buy remotely / from the diaspora?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We handle diaspora purchases regularly: virtual site tours, document exchange by courier/email, and payment by bank transfer. A trusted representative can also attend the site visit on your behalf.

Question 8

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Bank transfer, mobile money (M-PESA) and banker's cheque. All payments are made to the official Bevani Shelters Ltd accounts only — we never accept cash payments to individuals.

Question 9

How much deposit do I need to reserve a plot?

Accepted Answer

A deposit of between 10% and 30% of the plot price reserves your specific plot, depending on the project. The reservation is documented immediately.

Question 10

Do you organize site visits?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free scheduled site visits run regularly from Nairobi. Contact us on +254 700 322 722 (call, SMS or WhatsApp) to book your seat.
