These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bevani Shelters Ltd website and services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We make every effort to keep listings accurate and current. Prices, availability and project details may change without notice; the binding terms of any purchase are those set out in the written sale agreement you sign.
A plot is reserved upon receipt of the agreed deposit. All payments must be made to the official Bevani Shelters Ltd bank or mobile-money accounts stated in your offer letter. We never accept cash payments to individuals.
We guarantee delivery of your title deed within 30 days of completion of payment. If we fail to deliver within this period, you are entitled to a full refund as detailed in your sale agreement.
Website content is provided for general information. Bevani Shelters Ltd is not liable for losses arising from reliance on website content outside a signed sale agreement.
