When you contact us, book a site visit or buy a plot, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, postal address and identification documents required to process a land transaction.

Our website also collects basic technical data (such as pages visited and device type) to help us improve the experience. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, process reservations and sale agreements, deliver title deeds, send you updates you have asked for, and comply with legal obligations under Kenyan law.
